Last Aid Course

The Last Aid is a public education course by the Canadian Palliative Care Association helps raise awareness and encourages discussion on topics like palliative care, death, dying, grief and bereavement. Canadian Red Cross – Seniors Support Services

A wide range of support services are offered by the Red Cross throughout Canada to provide daily to help seniors stay in their homes longer by increasing independence and promoting health and safety. Their services include an adult day program, a friendly calls and visits program, assisted living services, home maintenance and more.

Parkinson Canada

The Parkinson Canada Support and Information Team provides personalized, empathetic support for people living with Parkinson’s, and their care partners. Their CareFinder directory provides a consistently updated directory of different healthcare services, recreational programs and support groups.
