Introduction: Can you tell me some things about yourself and why you interested in becoming a nurse/ caregiver for ‘my mother’?
Health: I’ve explained my mum’s medical conditions. Could you share details of any training or experience you have had with providing this type of care and why you think you can meet her needs?
Daily activities: My mum is a talkative woman and used to be very active? Now, her life has changed but she still needs stimulation and different kinds of daily activities. Can you talk a little about how you’d structure her day?
Communication: How will you keep in touch with us? What methods have you used in prior positions
Housekeeping: Are you able to help with light housekeeping, cooking mum’s meals, doing laundry, changing the bed etc?

Working times: What hours are you available and can you work some weekends?
